About

Hi, I'm Julia

I am a Trauma Care Practitioner, Educator, Facilitator and a Advocate for survivors of sexual assault, providing support for survivors both in person and on a crisis line in Denver, Colorado. I work with 1-1 coaching clients all over the world, support current coaches and instruct aspiring Practitioners training for their Trauma Care Practitioner and Advocate Certification at the Global Trauma Institute. I also create and guest facilitate Trauma Informed Education for a variety of organizations.

Before I got into trauma work, I was a hairstylist and bartender in Chicago. So, being a familiar face, privileged to listen to others share their stories and be present during their best and worst of times, is a role that that has always felt right to me. And now, I get to sit down!

I read a LOT, am a kitten foster parent, and love live music, vegetarian cooking and building LEGO with my family.
